What inspired you to launch your own website?
To create a new business
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
This site is my first and we are part of the Soho Properties network.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
We are aligned with the main company in Bangkok and the owner used to live in the area known as Soho in London.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
Very easy to navigate.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
To expand and be the biggest agency in Chiang Mai.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
Very good so far even in these difficult times.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I think we are near where we want to be already.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
We would try, I think many good potential staff in the market at the moment.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
None so far as we are being advised by the Bangkok office.
What has been your biggest challenge?
The language barrier as in Chiang Mai not so many English speakers as Bangkok.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?
No it's been quite smooth sailing so far.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
4 month's and hope for many years to come.
What bee your best achivement so far?
We just sold one of the best condo's in Chiang Mai last week!
