What inspired you to launch your own website?

Provide More Information to Home Buyers and Sellers

Helping her clients get the most out of selling their home, Listing a home as a short sale, and Recommending a handyman to help get the property ready for sale.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

The site was launched in 2002 and it focues on Residential Real Estate.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

Creativity.

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

Offers a lot of information on real estate

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

Increase visitors and sales.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

Very well.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

Increase site visibility.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Yes.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

Managing content.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Developing content.

Not sure.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

A lot of work.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

For 5 years and expect to keep running much longer.
