By Interviewer at 12/12/08 12:21

Name of your website?

Vanuatu Land for Sale

Your name?

John Noppert

Your Location (city, etc)

NSW, Australia

Please give us a short summary of your website?

The Beachcomber Lodge is FOR Sale, along with 10 prime beachfront lots in Takara Springs, Efate Vanuatu. This is the only place where there are hot springs pool available throughout Efate.

The Lodge is a turnkey business.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

We'd like to immediately sell the Lodge and the other beachfront properties as soon as possible.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

Launched just a few days ago - www.vanuatulandforsale.com

How did you decide on a name for your website?

The name is an actual description of what the website is trying to accomplish.

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

We feature what activities buyers can do upon acquiring the property. Also, this is the only place in Vanuatu that has Hot Springs pools built into the preperty/ Lodge

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

Sell everything in the location.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

Sales have been slow. The website hopefully provides us more leads.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

Advertise more on the web.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Yes.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

Not much. Sales have been slow.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Promoting the beautiful properties for sale out to the world.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Google.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

There's more hope for Sales now.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

Site has been up a few weeks, and should run as long as there is propoerty for sale.

Any plans for the future?

Sell blocks of land behing the beachfront propoerty.

What is your website address?

Vanuatu Land for Sale
