It can easily be said, and so by many, that of the main reasons why it is that there is a noticeable increase in the real estate market concerning home purchase these days, is simply because of the federal tax credit scheme that had been introduced by the federal government.
This may easily be extended after it is that the US Senate had agreed to it. Still, we could never deny the fact that one of the reasons why the number of buyers have suddenly increased, is because at their record lows, are a lot of home prices.
