What inspired you to launch your own website?
To provide my Southern Utah real estate clients real time access to the Washington County Board of Realtors FlexMLS Listing system. As well as an automated MLS email system that notifies my buyer’s based on their search criteria
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
As a Realtor on the Monterey Peninsula...Central coast of California. I have a degree in computer science, so this was a natural
How did you decide on a name for your website?
I wanted a name that would be part of a search phrase for my targeted market area
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
I have direct asccess into the MLS system for all of Southern Utah...No Registration, No Pressure.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
To have a long list of happy clients!

Very well.

Other than a bad economy...not much

Keeping up with all of the great foreclosures deals here in Southern Utah / Saint George
