The leaders of Paso Robles lending company was arrested on a suspicion of defrauding hundreds with at least $3.2 million. Last Thursday Estate Financial's former principal Karen Guth, 65 and her son Joshua Yaguda, 40 were arrested and charged with 26 counts of felony, fraud related offenses.
