New York home owners are being assisted by the government

New York has always been known to be the kind of state that looks out for its citizens always, and without a doubt.

David Paterson, the current New York Governor, had signed a bill which would be increasing homeowner protection against foreclosure just last year, on the fifteenth of December.

Last year, the New York law reinforces legislation had enacted that there was an intention to help people with sub prime loans, as well as those that are in danger of losing their homes.
