Office rent fees in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, have dropped as demand continue to go down amidst a global financial crisis.
According to reports, office rates have dropped by an average of 20 percent to $57.30 per square meters for grade-A office spaces. The sharp decrease in foreign direct investment (around 40 percent) was considered as the reason behind the sharp drop in office space demand.
