Glasgow East remains to be relatively poor as compared to its Western counterpart, due in part to the affluent's preference of the West, which started during as early as the Industrial Revolution.
This year, however, as the Commonwealth Games come near, real estate prices in Glasgow may shoot up and eventually reach higher levels. Will this prediction prevail? There's no choice but to wait.
